Kiwiberry Yogurt Parfait

AuthorLauren Timmerman, MS, RDNCategoryDifficultyBeginner

What exactly is a kiwiberry?

It’s a miniature version of a kiwi! Except without that annoying fuzz that usually surrounds the outside. Not only are they cute and sweet, they also contain a high amount of vitamin C (perfect for helping strengthen your immune system as the seasons change). Add them to salads, yogurt parfaits, or just enjoy them alone as an on-the-go snack!
